I had very nice experience at Karine's saloon. Karine is very passionate and creative, and always full of positive energy! I have received a lot of positive comment with my new hairstyle and colors! The saloon is clean and bright, and I can shop for my hair products as well! I strongly recommend this saloon 👍

I rarely review but this was a perfect experience from setting up the meeting to the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable professionals at all levels once i walked in. Karine is like a ray of sunshine and it starts at the very beginning, but she's also generous with all the informatiin she shares and does everything to make everyone in the salon feel welcome and appreciated I was looking for a few other services and Penny was there to offer advice and set up a plan too. C'est écrit qu'il est plus facile de prendre rendez-vous via texto, ce que j'ai fait mais ça a pris 11 heures d'échanges remplis de confusion concernant la date pour avoir une réponse, mais le courriel de confirmation comportait aussi une erreur de date ! Oui je comprends qu'on puisse se tromper, mais trois fois de suite pourun seul rdv....La propriétaire m'a répondu le lendemain en s'excusant car elles étaient 3 à repondre...bref j'ai décidé de ne pas aller là car ça manque de professionnalisme.
