Great person who cares to actively listen and solve problems or address concerns. However, extremely busy but that can not be controlled so no deduction for that. I just hate having to use the urgent care department so I go elsewhere.
Dr. Kaleshian is an empathetic doctor and a kind human. She listens intently and has a holistic approach to treating her patients. She offers advice and guidance. Medication is not her first resort (unless it’s truly needed). She makes me feel safe and comfortable which is key in a patient- doctor relationship.
Don't bother. I waited a year for a new patient appointment. They rescheduled me 3 times before I gave up.
