Have been a loyal client at the salon for over a year, unfortunately I had to cancel a recent appointment the day before due to a personal emergency, I left a message the day before to make them aware of this and requested to rebook with them. After not hearing back I called again on the day despite me being busy to apologise and ensure that they got my message, unfortunately I was told by the owner in a rather rude manor that due to me only calling slightly less than 24 hours before I could not rebook with them. I went to this place on Tuesday because I wanted to change everything on my haircut. My hair is curly and I was worried about cut a lot but Simon was very kind and he is a very very good hairdresser. My haircut is beautiful, I feel like a new woman ! Thanks a lot ...

One of the best salon experiences I have had. All the staff are lovely, felt so well looked after. Monica is lovely and so pleased with my hair colour and cut. would definitely recommend
