I would like to notify everyone that while the doctor is knowledgeable and very nice, the staff members are terrible. I left two voicemail messages to find out the duration for the eye drops, but no one returned my call. I specifically asked to be called back by Dr. Gabriellan, but still received no response. The front desk lady, Marina, is absolutely rude and unprofessional.
