Dr. Souza was very kind and welcoming. She explained things very well and I felt seen and safe. I had a good experience and feel comfortable continuing my care with her.
The office staff is totally incompetent. The doctor won’t reply to requests for prescription refills. The pharmacy requested , I requested, no response. I specifically had an appointment in December so I could see my podiatrist and get my orthotics done. Her staff didn’t do the authorization until the new year under different insurance. Now I’m unable to get my proper medical equipment. I’ve filed a grievance with my insurance company!
