Absolutely disgusting how the staff spoke to me when I brought a new ring (wore twice, sized wrongly and badly tarnished) in for return/exchange. The ring doesn't fit which was the obvious reason for an exchange. The staff member then belittled me by saying all rings swing on your finger whilst showing her ring doing that, which yes is fine however the ring shouldn't almost fall off and leave my finger marked after 2 short wears and contiuned to question would I return/exchange clothing after wearing (if the label was on and... read more
Love this place! Young girl with the pink hair here is so lovely and helpful. Really listens to you and knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit me best. Really great shop with great staff!
Love this shop! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Its hard to find nice jewellery that doesn’t irritate your skin. Ive got a sterling sliver bracelet and necklace, i love them. Perfect jewellery for wedding and proms.
