Very disappointing experience. I was unhappy with my hair color and gray coverage, and the stylist offered me a credit to correct it. She never mentioned that the credit expired in one week. When I returned, she refused to honor it because it had “expired.” A one-week restriction should have been clearly communicated when the credit was offered.
