I absolutely adore Karina! This was my first home purchase and she made sure I was as informed as possible and made me feel super comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had she provided thorough answers. She even met my mom and my mom loved her too! As a Latina, I really appreciated having her support and encouragement during this process that can be nerve-racking. I chose Karina because of all the positive reviews and because she is bilingual, which was extremely important for my in-laws. At first, she was very reassuring and made us feel confident that she would help them find the right home. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. My in-laws drove from Pennsylvania to visit us, and then drove another 3.5 hours to meet with Karina to tour homes. She never showed up.
