Karina came into my life when I moved to Florida in 2022 and was feeling lost, dealing with childhood abuse, depression, anxiety, ADHD, couples’ stuff and self-esteem. I am also a local teacher who is new to the position so there’s a lot of stress. She is a calming presence, compassionate, never judges at all, and teaches you healthy coping mechanisms. To say that Karina is wonderful is an understatement! She is compassionate and empathetic. She is also kind and understanding. She provides the skills I can use to get through difficult times. Her honest approach to self awareness helped me find clarity about self and circumstances. Her availability and willingness to fit me in during crisis moments meant the world to me. I was fortunate to have found her and blessed by her patience. There are no words to express my sincere appreciation for her.
