They made a mistake and I ended up paying $1,442. During the first visit for cleaning, Dr. Karimi told me that 4 old cavities needed to be replaced and after contacting my insurance (Aetna) I was told that it would cost me $440 and the rest would be covered by the insurance (the total of $1660 to replace 4 cavities seems very high to me).
