Dr. Saab was one of the most compassionate and brilliant physicians that my family had the privilege of working with. My mother had a highly aggressive form of lung cancer and Dr. Saab was consistently empathetic while also extremely clear on next steps for her medical trajectory. In the end, the cancer took over but there is no other doctor I would have wanted in her corner. As she neared the end, he continued to check on her and offer her words of encouragement and strength. For that, I am forever grateful.
