I’m easily over stimulated. Needy. Not comfortable in my own skin sometimes. Too much…. Every time I come here, EVERYONE is supportive of my needs. Spoils me rotten. Puts Vaseline on my lips. Checks in with how I’m doing. Understands my uncertainties. Talks me thru the process. And acknowledges that I may need extra help. My comfort level today was so good, I am pretty sure I fell asleep. I’m the chair. I will fly to come to visits when I relocate in a few months. I’m not giving this one up.

Excellent service all around
Mentioned and discussed my phobia about blood pressure checks and white coat, hypertension diagnosis. Absolutely no empathy or flexibility or consideration of this anxiety/phobia. Blood pressure HAD to be taken or I could leave. I left. My appt was for a cleaning. BTW I check my blood pressures at home every day. In healthcare the big picture needs to be seen. I am in healthcare.
Reporting as a new patient. All of the staff are extremely friendly from the front office to the dental chair. Dr Banani even greeted me and managed my front office needs initially as he just happened to be in the front when I arrived. This was the most thorough dental exam I can recall as well and the treatment plan laid out clearly with needs prioritized. The cleaning was expertly handled and the hygienist is expertly trained as a former dentist.
