Probably the worst experience I've had with a medical professional. I saw Dr. Mahdavie for allergy issues, he could not have been worse. Like the previous reviewer wrote, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone without waiting on hold for at least 5 minutes straight, but I have had to wait as long as 10 or 15 minutes. Not sure about the rest of you, but I don't have time for that, especially bc I was calling multiple times a week to check in about other issues involving scheduling and test results. Unfortunately we are stuck here, but this is one of the worst doctor experiences we've had--avoid if at all possible. 1. When calling, we *never* get through to a live person--plan to be on hold for 5-15 minutes until someone can get you, even though the recording always says "we're sorry for your wait." 2. Dr. Mahdavie practically yelled at me when I asked for a note for my daughter's school explaining why she had missed 6 weeks of school. He refused to write any kind of note for the administration.
