I was on my way to the clinic with two kids under three. There was a some kind of demonstration and the bus never came. We waited for the bus an hour in a rain in vain with two kids. When I called them, they were sorry that "they couldn't accommodate" and got a $100 no show fee. I will skip my baby's 6-month appointment because I'm just so annoyed with the clinic. Now, the doctors don’t even remember me, rush through appointments before feeling like I’m being shoed away, takes a long time to get an appointment, and most of the doctors seem like they don’t care. Front desk people are unpleasant but try hard to sound pleasant. I do my own research on issues, present them and they have very little to ad... read more
