Excellent experience all around. The doctors show genuine concern for their patients' health. The front desk is prompt and fully customer oriented. As a very anxious person with severe hypochondria I have had few experiences with medical professionals I feel listened to and taken care of. Kariba healthcare especially nurse Marsha are truly amazing. I was given fast responses, clear explanations and detailed follow ups just to ease my panic. It means so much to people with these fears to not be talked to as though they are being ridiculous but rather reassured. Couldn’t say enough amazing things about this whole office all the way from walking in the door to leaving.

I was on my way to the clinic with two kids under three. There was a some kind of demonstration and the bus never came. We waited for the bus an hour in a rain in vain with two kids. When I called them, they were sorry that "they couldn't accommodate" and got a $100 no show fee. I will skip my baby's 6-month appointment because I'm just so annoyed with the clinic.
