The office staff has denied me acess to my provider Mark Seifring. They don't follow through with doing there job. I'm not allowed to follow up with my Doctor through Mychart to communicate with him about my medical care that's chronic

They appear to be professional and pleasant however there have been some issues I’ve brought up and was flat out denied treatment for. I can ask for a treatment and get it for certain Issues but denied as well for something that could potentially be helpful to my health. I feel like doctors these days aren’t into curing illness and more about medicating a symptom instead of digging deep to find out what’s causing the symptoms. Dr. Kari Zahorik is an amazing physician with a great personality and a caring devotion to her patients that is well beyond rare. If you have the fortune of being under her care, value it appropriately because she is one in a million.
