I had a 9:15 appointment. Arrived early. Completed my paperwork and had to give a urine sample. They were calling me back already. Get in the room at 9:10, my procedure was completed and I was dressed and walking out at 9:25. They are on the ball!!! Love it!
Dr Bailey was knowledgeable and assessed my symptoms and explained in language I could understand.
Dr. Bailey is very thorough. Had a cystoscopy in beginning of October. Just went for results of biopsy, wow! Dr's need to call patient if they found something. Not wait until follow up visit. I'm so confused! Now wondering what my next steps??? I would not recommend this Dr. She is to worried about her looks and not worried about her patients.
Very satisfactory in all ways!
