Dr Bailey was gentle, kind and professional. She remembered me from several years ago. The staff from check- in to discharge was perfect and I was seen on time and made comfortable. The dreaded procedure was not bad at all and over in 5 minutes. The only problem I have is getting the report online. The office will not accept my info, password etc. and says I'm responding to an out of date message, though you just sent it Sept. 1.
