I had my holding tanks pumped out today by Matt who also helped me look into questionable issues with my lift pump. I just want to say I've had my unforunate share of issues with septic issues at home in the States and I've got to say that Matt proved to be the most outstanding professional, knowledgeable, kind and most resourceful septic service man I have ever come across. Excellent customer service from initial booking and pump out. Staff took time to provide education on our septic as well. Would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.
