Karen is absolutely magical! She knows exactly what will make you look and feel spectacular. When I showed Karen a picture of myself, she immediately showed me the perfect wig. She is so kind and makes a very difficult decision actually feel easy. I cannot say enough about her and her services. Just one day after getting my wig, while standing in line at the movies, someone asked me what salon I used because my hair was so gorgeous. I think that says it all!

Making a 1st time quick stop to Karen's Wigs. – My daughter and I went to New York for a few days. Having alopecia, I am always looking for new wig shops. We just happened to be staying somewhat close to Karen's Wigs in NYC. We decided to walk and check her place out, not thinking I would come out placing an order. great service and great wigs – Karen was a great help to me through my hair loss due to chemotherapy. She helped me select a great wig, and shaved my head when it was time. Karen also trimmed the wig to suit me, and my husband says it looks better than my real hair ! I strongly recommend Karen's Wigs for the personal touch.

Wig Whisperer! – Karen's Wigs is a very special place. we think Karen is the Wig Whisperer. i went w/a friend who was going thru chemo. (btw, she is doing v.well, thank-u) we made a list of places to go but this was the only place we needed to go. Strongly recommended. – Karen gave me very sensitive and capable service at a difficult time. She explains both the products and process thoroughly and clearly. The end result was very satisfactory: even people who know I am undergoing chemotherapy couldn't believe I was wearing a wig when they saw me for the first time with it on.

Great Service – As a cancer patient struggling with the loss of my hair, Karen showed great compassion in addressing my concerns and needs. She was very thorough in explaining the many different types of wigs, their care and took time to style my "new hair". Losing my hair was hard, but Karen helped me begin the process by helping me pick out a perfect wig to make the transition unnoticeable to others.
