I’ve had the pleasure of being Karen’s client for both her spot massage therapy and nutritional guidance, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Her skills as a massage therapist are exceptional—she intuitively knows how to address tension and pain, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed after each session. Karen’s attention to detail, professionalism, and calming presence create the perfect environment for healing and relaxation..highly recommend to anyone who needs a great massage!

I started having low back pain that was getting progressively worse right before I had to drive 8 hours for the holiday. I was desperately looking for a massage therapist that had next day availability, and wasn’t already out of office for Christmas. I was able to get in with Karen within 24 hours and she fixed me right up! I’d also had a bad crick in my neck for over a month, and while it didn’t feel much different right after my massage, I woke up the next day and it was totally gone! I cannot recommend Karen enough!

Karen is an expert! She has over 20 years of experience and a deep knowledge of anatomy and massage therapy. I'm a triathlete and getting deep tissue massages from her has been instrumental for my recovery and injury prevention as I go through my training cycles to prepare for a race. I highly recommend her!

Karen was absolutely amazing ! This was my first time and she literally made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She did wonders on my body and I already made my second appointment ! A+++ I am coming back to edit this because I slept better last night than I have in so long . I truly feel 10x better. I feel like a new person ! Amazing!

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I have ever received! The massages I get from Karen, I can literally feel my body heal itself naturally from any problem area she focuses on. They are definitely the go to spot for athletes, PT patients, or for anybody period!! Very knowledgeable as well, she guides you through her process during her massages, meaning, she tells you why she is doing what she is doing for a better understanding. Fantastic place!!
