Flowers arrived properly designed and were commented on by all in attendence
I ordered flowers for my sister through a Kensington florist who ordered through Karen's for local delivery. Karen's requested an additional $5 to meet the delivery minimum (total was over $93.00 on a $60.00 arrangement). I saw the arrangement yesterday and was VERY disappointed. Trust me, will not make that mistake again.
I ordered a plant/dish garden (sympathy) for a member of my work team. Angelica assisted me and she was very attentive and explained my options. I asked if she could email a photo of the arrangement, because I was purchasing on behalf of my entire team and want to be able to show them what we purchased. A photo of the arrangement was emailed to me, and it was beautiful. The plant was delivered the same day (Saturday December 9th) and it was beautiful. I was very pleased, and I will use this florist again.
I just wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my Heart, you All made my day and my Sister's special Birthday today.. Thank you again for your help and your sincere kindness when I needed a timely response to my dier situation... Thank you very much she loves her flowers and she enjoyed her chocolates.. GOD BLESS
