Karen’s Flower Shop made the most beautiful white cemetery wreath of living flowers with only three days notice—and that included delivery to Waterloo. I described what I hoped for to Maddie—a very competent and accommodating florist assistant. The extremely talented florist exceeded all expectations. Karen’s is my florist for life.
I was disappointed with the bouquet. Smaller than I thought. The base is more or less a large mug. Delivery charge of $35 was a steep but I realized they were coming from Milton. I thought they were in Cobourg. All in all not what I hoped for my friend dealing with cancer. I could have bought an arrangement and delivered it myself. I will rethink my decisions before I think of ordering again.
Absolutely amazing experience with this flower shop. The flowers I originally received unfortunately died after a couple of days, but the staff replaced them immediately without any questions or hassle. Their customer service was kind, professional, and truly appreciated. The shop itself is gorgeous, beautifully arranged, and full of stunning fresh flowers. It’s rare to find a business that stands behind their products the way they do. Highly recommend!
I had flowers delivered for Mother’s Day and they were dead by Tuesday! That’s 3 days! You charged double the delivery for two bouquets to the same address! I would expect a bouquet of roses to last much longer than that as has been my experience using other florists when ordering flowers!
We ordered flowers from Karen's, a bouquet for a medium sized kitchen island. The photo is what we received. The flowers are nice. They look reasonable for a small coffee table. However, these are massively underwhelming and sparse for the cost and the description Karen's provided. Karen's informed me that they import their flowers, which increases their costs.
