I brought Karen at least 10 different cross stitch projects and puzzles while I lived in NC and every single one came back perfect. She does needlework herself so I knew she would treat my projects with the highest level of care and she never steered me wrong. She was transparent with pricing and let me know when supply costs changed so I wouldn't be blindsided by them. The only reason I don't go to her anymore is because I moved out of state. If I ever move back I'll be stopping by again
Have done business with Karen for years, going back to when she was in Goldsboro....excellent work and attention to detail! The only place I go for framing.
We take all our art to Karen's Frames. She does a great job and alway has good suggestions. She's done six pictures for us, including one metalic embroidery piece that looks fab. Can't tell it has glass.
