First time going to UHS Walton Walk-in clinic. Registration was easy, time waiting to be seen was very short. I was seen by Karena Trimbell NP. She was down to earth, and listened to my issue I was experiencing. After further evaluation, I was treated. She even had my meds filled next door so I was all prepared to go home. Highly recommend seeing her, and going to the walk-in clinic.
Knowledgeable and caring staff from the moment I walked in the ER door to the door of my ride home, the care was amazing. This also includes housekeeping, dietary and all staff working the floor.
She is a very good NP, she is exceptionally thorough when examining you and explains to you her findings. She takes her time to get to know you. She is a very compassionate to her patients.
Karena is wonderful. She is patient, friendly and listens! Love her
As a visitor to the area, I never know how an unexpected medical visit will go. Was very satisified with the concern, explanations, and offers for folllow-up. Would love if she was my primary!!!
