Let me start by saying that Dr Hanna is a great clinician with superb bedside manner. You couldn’t ask for a more compassionate, competent cardiologist. Unfortunately, her staff lets her down on multiple fronts. We’ve been trying for 3 days to get clearance for my husband to come off a blood thinner in order to have a procedure that will hopefully address constant and debilitating pain. My last visit at the hospital,i was at the time looking to replace my last cardiologist . That being said,she was the visiting hospital cardiologist and when she walked in,she introduced herself and she explained what i had in detail that i could fully understand within the short time she was there and that impressed me to the point that she is my new Dr.

I have some major issues with her ethics. She kept trying to tell us what to do regarding my mothers care . Dr. Hanna continually pestered my dad to stop all medical care for my mom. My mom was not brain dead. Dr. Hanna kept insisting my dad stop All medical care and life support if ever. Needed. She did not want my wonderful mother to have any medical care at all . It seems all she wanted was a bed . My mother wanted medical care and all the medical assistance needed and life support when And if necessary. I do not know who... read more

35 years of experience and she doesn’t know how to call an ambulance for my mom. I was not there. But my dad was upset because my mom was ill. She was so ill that this doctor should have called an ambulance. Instead she tells my parents to drive to the hospital. This was an emergency , dr Hanna should have called an ambulance. She went to medical school And does not call an ambulance . A five year old knows how to call an ambulance and knows the importance of calling one . It can save a life. Like many doctors , she’s not knowledgeable of new innovative procedures and newest and best developments in surgeries nor does she research these for her patients . She made assumptions about my mother’s mental state and believes what she wants to and doesn’t want to listen to all the information and the facts. my mother had fallen while previously hospitalized and had a brain bleed Which she recovered from but caused short term memory loss at times . Dr. Hanna is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain and treat complex medical issues... Her staff and office environment are also most professional... Had Aortic Valve replacement over ten years ago...

Dr. Hanna is a very carrying physician. She has provided excellent service over the past 10 years that I have been seeing her. She routinely reviews medical information received from my test as well as test results from other physicians, I have referred Dr. Hanna to another local family that recently relocated to my hometown.
