It is rare to find a healer with such knowledge and someone so grounded in sharing her skills as a massage therapist. Her depth of modalities and compassion are a rare combination.
I go to Karen at Touch of Grace in Auburn, Ca regularly for my massage therapy, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is highly qualified, will go out of her way to help you and could pick up on my problem immediately. She checks in with you before your massage and makes you feel so relaxed while she works out all of your lumps, bumps and stress. Absolutely love her.
Karen is a wonderful, intuitive, and thoughtful massage practitioner. Every time I see her she checks in with me and my body, then gets to work addressing all of my ailments, physically and energetically. I am a massage therapist myself, so I have had my fair share of massages, and I absolutely love receiving from Karen. Highly recommend her!
Updated 1/21/2025. Karen is a gifted therapeutic masseuse and body worker. Great healing vibes but if you just want deep muscle work, she's your gal. I'm sure it's the best massage in the Sacramento area. I've never had better. Good for muscles, mood, tension, and anxiety. I have lots of physical and joint issues; her massage helps everything. Nice too! She's often full up so schedule in advance.
Easily the best massage I have ever had. I have lots of physical and joint issues and her massage absolutely helped everything. Feb. '24 went back to Karen with my wife. Karen was again amazing. Just the most skilled amazing body worker. Nice too!
