Dr. Wood is an amazing OBGYN with a wonderful and caring bedside manner. She took great care of me through the most difficult health issue I have experienced. Haven't seen her in years, but thought I would drop a comment since I was here showing my friends who to schedule their next GYN appt with. I recommend her all the time. <3
Dr. Wood somehow managed to make a traumatic circumstance significantly worse. After my stillbirth in August, she decided to argue with me and defend a Longstreet Clinic doctor that ignored and even laughed at my concerns prior to my daughter's death. She then threatened me with psychiatric detainment, claiming I was hysterical, when I wasn't. I was upset at her cold tone and abrasive demeanor.
