This is James’ wife, Cindy Dunlap. I fell on May 13 and broke a vertebrae in my back. Karen was my follow up PA appt with the neurosurgeon’s office. She spent so much time with me, answering every question and reassuring me. I actually asked her to go get my husband to come in so she could talk to him. She spent extra time with him so that we both knew the prognosis and next steps. I feel so much more comfortable now bc she has reassured me and my husband about my condition and next steps to make sure I heal completely.
