Not at all into tech. Everything is by paper and snail mail. Unable to work effectively and do not return calls. Often the phone number goes to a dead line. Took 2 years to finally meet the doctor, only worked w/ RN. Just can't figure out what is going on here. Have not called in a month to give me feedback on my test results.
The lady’s in the front are very rude when making an appointment via phone they make it almost impossible to make it basically telling me to go to urgent care and I can’t make an appointment if I didn’t go there first and after telling them I went to urgent care they ask for the locations address. After being on the phone unnecessarily for 10 min when it shouldn’t take that long to make an appointment , she kept telling me to calm down and relax. This place is terribly ran. I’m changing my doctors.
Super difficult. Can't get an appointment for a month. Was stuck in traffic, so they called to say it would be 10 minutes late. Then they couldn’t find the office. No one answers phones. Walked around for 5 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told to wait. Then they called me up to say I was out of the 15-minute window (by 2 minutes) and had to make another appointment. The earliest appointment was 1 month away! They wouldn’t let me wait and see if they had an opening. They wouldn’t explain when they didn’t answer phones. No wiggle... read more
