Super difficult. Can't get an appointment for a month. Was stuck in traffic, so they called to say it would be 10 minutes late. Then they couldn’t find the office. No one answers phones. Walked around for 5 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told to wait. Then they called me up to say I was out of the 15-minute window (by 2 minutes) and had to make another appointment. The earliest appointment was 1 month away! They wouldn’t let me wait and see if they had an opening. They wouldn’t explain when they didn’t answer phones. No wiggle... read more

She dropped me as a patient because I called them unprofessional and told her her staff was rude
I have never dealt with such incompetence and unkindness from an office staff. referrals and authorizations delayed by 2-7 months. Office staff is rude and unprofessional, hangs up on you. NP is tremendous but if her office staff can’t function then the patients won’t get what they need. Would NOT recommend.
