Please avoid this lettings agency as a tenant, unless you are prepared to pay for all the additional expenses not included in already sky rocket rental rates. They are only good for the landlord as they will get every penny out of you. Also be carful as they use the same company that does their inventory report to then do gardening etc obviously questionable integrity their.

Excellent service. Very professional, but also friendly and personal.
Handled our two buy to lets for many years and gave a superb service. Secured first class tenants, handled any issues arising very efficiently and professionally. Always pleasant to talk to and gave good advice when needed. Delighted we used them for our venture into property investment and would highly recommend them if you are considering going the same.
Do not recommend. Everything went well until the end of contract, when they abusively twisted the words in the contract and wanted to take nearly half of my deposit to pay professional cleaning and gardening company on my behalf, even though I left the house in a very good cleaning condition after cleaning it thoroughly myself.
