Karen Steward is a caring professional. She has been seeing my wife, now in a memory care facility, for over a year. She relates well to my wife as her health continues to decline from dementia. Also, she answers my medical questions about my wife’s care and circumstances and she provides emotional support for me, her husband. I’ve told her repeatedly, “you help keep me sane.” She’s a medical professional, but most of all she’s a wonderful and caring person!
Both me, my husband, and our kids have seen several doctors and specialists in many Kelsey clinics over the years and I haven’t ran across anyone that I haven’t liked or wasn’t nice to us. The doctors (and pharmacists) are knowledgeable, go over and above to help us, they actually care for their patients, and I don’t mind going on an appointment because I know it will be beneficial to me.
