Karen Spire Catering is amazing! She did a wonderful job preparing for our wedding. We were able to visit her home for the most comfortable, laid-back tasting to select all or our menu options (which were ALL delicious, by the way). Karen had all kinds of fun suggestions, like mini ice cream cones as a dessert option, and she even helped us pick out our linens, silverware, and dinnerware for our reception.
