I had been recommended to Dr Karen Slabas at Southern Charm Women's Health for a follow-up after a suspicious PAP. The staff at Southern Charm were very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was inviting, and I appreciated that the examination room had real robes in different sizes for patients to change into. No paper "robes" means so much to a woman. I got appointment in same day . Ms.T… is the compassionate NP I ever saw. It is difficult to see such people now. She listened to me, answered to all my questions, and give me suggestions and advises. I had to wait a bit, that totally understood they have to take care other patients also in the same way. It worth waiting. All of the staffs and nurses I saw there are very gentle, kind and friendly. Thank you!!

First visit was great except the staff members all had their heads on their desks, which was weird. Second visit back my PCP had a scan done so that I could take it to my appointment where I would talk about severe ovarian pain. Before Dr Slabas even looked at the scan, she scolded me for saying OVARIAN pain and said I should say PELVIC pain. I was in so much pain and just wanted help. This team is amazing! Without going into great detail about the what was going on with me, these ladies never made me feel alone or uncertain on what was going on. 10/08/25 The staff at Southern Charm Women’s Heath are very Helpful, Kind and go out of their way to make you feel you are part of their family! I had a recent DNC, with Dr Salbas, she and her team were very thorough explaining the procedure and aftercare to a T! I would highly recommend her and team for any womens healthcare needs! Kim Carter
