Karen Schwartz is the best realtor in Chicago. Hands down. We have now used her on two deals and she's represented us so incredibly well. I can't recommend her enough. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to get a deal done.

Karen, Alison, Icelyn and the whole team were so helpful, knowledgeable and on top of things that I never worried about the home selling process. They guided me along the way and Karen answered every annoying text I sent her in a timely matter. Highly recommend using Karen and her team.

Karen and Colin were our greatest asset in a tough home buying market. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and very well connected in the industry. As first time buyers, we really needed and appreciated their best-in-class guidance and support. I can't wait to recommend Karen and Colin to my friends in the years to come!
