Dr. Barbosa is the most amazing oncoplastic surgeon in the are. She discovered my breast cancer and was very thorough. Fast forward one year later. She was let go by Beebe because she wanted to offer the best and latest treatment and Beebe does not like that. Its their way or the highway. Needless to say I will NEVER be seen by another doctor from Beebe. I will be looking for care elsewhere. They blacklisted her so I will follow her wherever she goes. She truly cared for her patients. Dr. Karen Barbosa is not only a talented and caring Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon but she's also a HOOT! Which is great unless you're trying not to move whilst being smooshed & prodded during a biopsy procedure! lol Don't get me wrong, she's knowledgeable and professional but she's also funny AND humble.
