Karen was kind compassionate with my mom who has dementia. She helped transition her to a care facility. Thank you
Rude, dismissive, openly hostile. When asked a straightforward question about follow up, I was told to Leave NOW. ( I was the only patient, had paid for an hour now patient visit and the appointment wasnt complete) They wanted to close a half hour early on a Friday, in spite of the posted hours.
Karen S. Leiter has always been so good to me. She makes sure that everything I bring up during my visit is taken care of. She even remembers certain things and asks how that issue is. I moved to Nevada and came home to visit and waited to make a doctors app. with her. The staff and Karen are always so nice. It is a WALK IN clinic so sometimes you have to be understanding. I always make an appointment and I am seen on time. Great staff... KEEP IT UP.
RUDE, COLD, does NOT care. She treats students as if they are drug-seekers, stares into the computer the whole time and has NO friendliness in her eyes. Never again.
