Absolutely pathetic excuse for a medical practice. I was stuck going here due to my state insurance requiring me to see my PCP until the new year and as soon as I could, I left. When I walked into the foyer of my PCP's office yesterday, I saw a box of neatly displayed non-perishable groceries sitting on the floor with a sign that said, "Take what you need". Dr. Karen Richter is, literally, the most humane physician I've ever known. And I say that, not just because of the food, but because of her consistently holistic brand of care and gentle bedside manner. She listens. She's thoughtful. She's respectful. She actually wants to see people be well. #MyPCPisBetterThanYourPCP

I love to go here, really! I always feel acknowledged, cared for, and enjoy the staff, even the lab work which doesn’t bug and Fayis shots! No pinch! ❤️ Dr. R. Is amazing and takes the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of health into consideration. Very pleased I have them to help me get the most out of life.

My wife and I have worked in healthcare for many years. We are very impressed with Dr. Richter's diagnostic skills. She also has a very extensive knowledge of medicine and disease treatment options. Both make us confident we are receiving skilled care. She is a compassionate doctor. Her staff are personable and helpful. We recommend this practice.
