I can only assume that a negative review for Karen and her level of expertise is from someone obviously disgruntled about something and someone else. Karen absolutely takes care of her clients, even before I became a client she guided me and helped me find legal rules and ways to help a very ugly situation I was in with a different realtor. She doesn't know what she's doing. Read her Yelp reviews. Karen Richards Group lost us thousands of dollars! She will give you BAD advice and won't take responsibility for her mistakes. We used her and had a horrible experience. When she goofs up your deal, she won't return your emails or calls, she won't take blame and won't try to remedy it. Please contact me for details. She needs to get out of the broker business.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had just signed with a terrible realtor before I met Karen. I can't even begin to describe how many ways she helped us. She is knowledgeable of the many realtor laws and was able to get us out of the worst SITUATION- the realtor had even tried to SUE US!! However he had broken many of the aspects of the contract that we didn't know about and she taught us the right way to sell a house.
