I recently relocated to AZ from another state and was already a State Farm customer wanting to update my policies to reflect this. Overall, the quality and timeliness of support is excellent. Recently, I took advantage of their program to install an electrical system monitoring service from Whisker Labs. State Farm paid for it and it paid off as after a few months, the system detected arcing on one my household circuits. Ultimately Whisker Labs sent over an electrician at no charge who traced it back to a breaker that failed. After replacement, the arcing stopped and eliminated a serious fire hazard. Karen's team works very well together, knowledgeable about their product, and polite. As a client, i haven't had a claim I guess forever, so when I did have a huge tree blow down 3 weeks ago, I needed help. At first I was too anxious ,relizing very soon that I AM NOT the only person with a claim.
