I have had many reflexology sessions with Karen...they are wonderful and I recommend them to everyone. This time I got a London's Zone Face Lift session. Amazing!!! The session was very relaxing and my face feels very hydrated (I have very dry skin especially in the winter months). I am looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend!!!
I have been going to Karen for Reiki when needed since 2017. She is very professional and I always leave feeling balanced and re-energized. Reiki helps with facilitating the self-healing that occurs between the mind and body and spiritual connections. The experience is unique every time because it is whatever my essence needs for balance at that precise moment. At the end of the day, our very building blocks are neutrons, protons, electrons.
Karen is the real deal. She provides insight and balance to all her clients. I highly recommend her services.
