Consider this a ZERO STAR review. Karen P. Wise was absolutely, without a doubt, the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with a dentist in my life. I waited over 40 minutes alone in a room before going to the front desk to see what was taking so long. Karen Wise then appears magically and tells me all about my teeth and what I need to do without even looking at them or the x-rays. Very unprofessional dentist office. Got harassing phone calls this morning. Not only did they call me numerous times they even contacted my mother at work trying to reach me. Tried saying that my insurance company wouldn't pay for certain dental work to be done but received a printout saying that the insurance would cover the procedure. Was told I needed to have all of my teeth extracted because of an infection which I do not have thanks to a second opinion. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone.
