Karen is a great lender. She was an excellent communicator throughout the deal. I never had to ask how things were progressing as she provided updates throughout. We closed on time and could have closed early as she wrapped up the mortgage on her end quickly. I enjoyed working with with her.
Karen has had years of experience in this business which shows in the high quality of her work and her customer service. She is terrifically competent, knowledgeable and efficient and was very supportive of me throughout the entire mortgage process. She was always very responsive to my queries and always left me feeling that I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is applying for a mortgage loan.
