Dr. Chaconas is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She always takes the time to listen and has never hesitated to refer me to other specialists when needed. I have a progressive disease, but I am feeling so much better since coming under her care, and I feel very fortunate to have found her. She is absolutely the best! I had the absolute privilege of learning under Dr. Iris Chaconas. She is an outstanding teacher who managed to share an immense amount of complex knowledge with me in a short period of time. Probably the best Neurology practice in Arizona - I couldn't imagine that a better, more caring, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable provider exists anywhere else. They'll take the time to fully explain everything, and will research your issues, labs, and reports thoroughly which is refreshing in this day and age. Five stars all the way!

I do not recommend Iris/Amanda I made an appointment to see her because my husband has dementia and I wanted a current update as it has been three years since his diagnosis. She sent me to a place to get an MRI and that place was incredibly unprofessional. We then set up a following phone call to discuss the MRI. I signed into the call slightly before the designated time. She was almost 20 minutes late for the call and did not notify me in any way.
