Iris of Karen Neurology provides skilled, highly educated and dedicated neuro care, she listens and treats me with respect, and she has the experience and resources to help me navigate the complex healthcare system. I’m not opposed to seeing a good MD/DO but my experience with her as a DNP far exceeds that of any physician I’ve ever been to.
My experience with Iris has been extremely wonderful. She’s truly the best healthcare provider I’ve ever had care for me. She has helped me immensely with my complicated health issues. I feel blessed to have found such a tenacious, caring, compassionate, and extremely competent healthcare provider. Her experience, and dedication to her patients is amazing to say the least. Flagstaff is extremely fortunate to have her as one of its finest healthcare professionals.
i have been to several doctors about the severe symptoms i was having and not one could give me any whiff of an answer. When I went in to see Iris she gave me the floor to talk about these symptoms for about 7 minutes before she had a diagnosis she was 95% sure of. absolutely incredible. Refreshing change from the state of our healthcare system right now.
She is a great doctor who listens intently!
It was unfortunate that when I never received a follow up on a voicemail I left them, Nancy the receptionist was quite rude. I will request my Dr. to cancel my referral that was sent over a week ago and seek a different practice. Awful experience.
