i have been to several doctors about the severe symptoms i was having and not one could give me any whiff of an answer. When I went in to see Iris she gave me the floor to talk about these symptoms for about 7 minutes before she had a diagnosis she was 95% sure of. absolutely incredible. Refreshing change from the state of our healthcare system right now.
She is a great doctor who listens intently!
It was unfortunate that when I never received a follow up on a voicemail I left them, Nancy the receptionist was quite rude. I will request my Dr. to cancel my referral that was sent over a week ago and seek a different practice. Awful experience.
I have had a lot of neurologists over my time 40 yrs MS and this one is the best. Dr. Chaconas pays attention to what you say and looks at you with fresh eyes every time. I feel confident knowing she is up to date on all the new things going on within the field. I would highly recommend her practice... She is accepting new patients and that is a huge plus in itself!!! Can't recommend her enough!
Iris is an amazing doctor. She takes her time to listen to her patients and she doesn’t just look and treat each individual symptom, she also looks at the bigger picture. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. She is a diamond in the ruff. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
