Karen is the best! I had booked an appointment through the ClassPass app and it automatically booked me for a next day appointment, however when I arrived she told me tried to contact me because she was fully booked and there was no way to get in touch with someone on class pass’s end (a total glitch in their system.) I totally understood the situation and she got me in later that week. I’m so happy I found a new nail place near my work. 10/10 would recommend! Karen was able to recreate a nail look I saw on Instagram using only dip (no gel!). She shapes and takes care of my nails beautifully every time and is always very accommodating. Thank you, Karen!
