I have been to several physical therapists over the years, but I never felt like they were able to help me much. Karen really took the time to review all of the factors that are contributing to my pain and the weakness in my back- the way I stand, sit, walk, and my posture. She really helps me to understand the exercises that she gives me and ensures that I'm doing them correctly.
