What more is there to say? Dr.Merle is the absolute best hands down. She really takes the time to show how much she truly cares and goes above to make sure you are okay with what she's doing. If I could recommend her to all women and men I'd highly do it.
Probably one of the best Doctors in the river valley. Staff is excellent as well and they really take the time to personalize each patients visit.
If i could give Dr. Merle a zero i would. Please people don’t send your elderly parents or grandparents to this place. My Mom begged for help from this women and she failed her big time. She suffered from cancer for years but she wouldn’t send her to a specialist until it was too late. My mother called this clinic begging for pain meds and they wouldn’t give them to her, they were so violently rude to her and made her cry at the office.She was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer. I love, love, Karen. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. Girl we gettin old! Lol. She is honestly the absolute best Doctor around here. I always refer my friends and family to her.
BEST bedside manner. Compassionate. Listens well. She is the best PCP I've ever seen.
