Excellent listener. Karen is very knowledgeable of the area and she listened to all our concerns. Her suggestions and thoughts were very important to us as we made our final decision. Karen also has great connections with home inspectors and other very helpful resources to aid and ease the stress of home buying. She made our experience enjoyable and way less stressful.
