Nicest staff ever! There hasn’t been a day that we have not been greeted with a smile. Staff is always eager to help and go above and beyond. Yesterday, my family member fell on the ice rink. I was impressed by their fast response and professionalism. Also their warmth when handling the situation. Kudos to their training team. They are doing a fantastic job!
Such a nostalgic feeling community centre with the friendly staff ever! Although one of the older less modern community centres in North Van, it will always be my favourite.
Last night, on 30th, I visited this center at 8 p.m after my work to use the facility and have already checked the schedule and I knew that they are open till 9 p.m. As soon as I tapped my card and was ready to go to the gym the receptionist lady stopped me and said it is closed for a private event, while I told her that the website clearly shows that it is open for one extra hour she said the facility is open but it is closed for youth event!
