Don't know who is writing those bad reviews. DR. Karen M. Waskowicz is a fantastic doctor. She is very attentive. She is very smart and is very into helping you with your problem. My experience with her was amazing. This was my first visit and I got much more care than during the last 6 months with my family doctor. Grateful.
From the start when making the initial appointment, the MA I spoke with was extremely rude, which should’ve been my warning. The whole visit was an absolutely awful experience. Karen had a terrible bedside manner—cold, unfeeling, and completely lacking compassion or empathy. She came across as if she didn’t give a crap about her patients at all. Terrible bedside manner. Very cold and "matter of fact". She showed no compassion or empathy at all. And when I made the initial appointment, the MA I spoke with was also very rude and unprofessional. This was a terrible experience. I will never return to this clinic!
Karen is an angel from heaven for people with chronic UTIs; I am grateful for her beyond. I came to Karen after going to horrible doctor after horrible doctor, each not really knowing how to treat me. When I met with Karen she was very matter of fact, did not dismiss me, and did the advanced testing that I trusted and would treat me based off those results.
