Terrible bedside manner. Very cold and "matter of fact". She showed no compassion or empathy at all. And when I made the initial appointment, the MA I spoke with was also very rude and unprofessional. This was a terrible experience. I will never return to this clinic!
Karen is an angel from heaven for people with chronic UTIs; I am grateful for her beyond. I came to Karen after going to horrible doctor after horrible doctor, each not really knowing how to treat me. When I met with Karen she was very matter of fact, did not dismiss me, and did the advanced testing that I trusted and would treat me based off those results. Always treated like I was the most important.
Karen is the first urologist I have ever been to and she is so so great! She is up to date with all of the latest research and preventative measures for UTIs. She is also very caring, respectful, and encouraging. Such a great urologist!
Karen was the first provider who actually listened and cared! After so many negative experiences with doctors, I literally cried after this one and realizing that some are actually capable of listening. She's obscenely up to date on UTI research/treatments and didn't choose for me, she told me all my options and let me choose. I can't explain how amazing she is, I'd recommend Karen to anyone, wish I'd sent the office cookies or something
