Just spoke with Roxanne and found out doctor Harmon is retiring and not taking any more appts. When I asked what my options were she gave me options of urgent care and hospital both of which will do nothing for me until my condition worsens. When I told her that she snapped that this was the best she could do. She then put me on hold and when she returned i tried to ask if the medicine i needed could be called in without a visit. I wish I switched doctors sooner. She has listened to me, advocated for me, and has continued to help me get to the bottom of the issues, pushing me until I have answers. She has taught me to advocate for myself.
Dr Harmon literally saved my life when the Waterloo Dr's had just written me off. That was 17yrs ago & I'm still thriving because of her tenacity. She's an amazing woman & doctor. She's so thorough and caring. I feel very blessed to have her guidance.
She doesn't remember my son every year we go for his check up and whenever we try to make an appt they say she is not available.
